Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hobart, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 240-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and golf course.
As of 7/27/23, project was rebid. Bids were due on 3/22/23 at 11:00 AM. Contract awarded to Milbach Construction, $114,000.00. Substantial Completion by Date: August 1, 2023 As of October 26, 2022, project is cancelled. Brown County is accepting bids for a restroom renovation at the Golf Course located in Hobart, WI. All vendors are responsible for addendums. Brown County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids. Late receipts, e-mails and facsimiles will not be accepted. Contact the Purchasing Office at 920-448-4049 if assistance is required. Bid opening will start at 11:00am. It is recommended to call in or log into meeting at least 5 minutes prior to start. Bid prices will be read aloud twice for each vendor submitting a bid.
