My Health My Resources of Tarrant County (MHMR) is seeking to obtain quotes to cooperative agreements for additional patio security located at 300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth TX 76104. Work must be complete and invoiced prior to 8/31/2022. Vendor clarifying questions are due: Friday, July 29, 2022 by 4:00 PM. MHMR question responses provided by: Tuesday, August 2, 2022 by 12:00 PM. Location: 300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth TX 76104 If on site visit is necessary for quoting, please request ASAP. MHMR is looking to secure patio, as pictured in exhibit 2. -- Approximately 7 open areas. (There are two on south side of patio.) Exhibit 1 indicates an area where all is covered. Please quote same patio coverings as exhibit 1, or close alternates. Vendor Quote should include: Estimated Start Date / Lead time of materials. Itemizes Fees as applicable. Price breakdown including installation and turnkey service. Cooperative agreement contract number with costs line itemed. Grand Total
