As of June 13, 2024, per owner, consultant has been awarded to provide advanced planning and may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option. The project will follow a Construction Management at Risk delivery method with a RFQ being issued approximately 2 years from now. It is anticipated construction could start in 3 years. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is soliciting services for construction of a new Allied Health Sciences Building. The project will follow a Construction Management at Risk delivery method. The building will meet the educational demands of the newly established College of Health Sciences, which combines existing health programs with new Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees. The original science building was built in 1967 and was renovated in 2004. So that the selection process is as objective as possible, from the date of advertisement until a UNCP public announcement, Failure to follow the directions or contact anyone other than the listed contact may result in the submission being classified as non-responsive.
