The City of Gaspé is requesting bids for the paving of the access road to the hangar at the Michel-Pouliot airport in Gaspé. The tender must be sent, in a sealed envelope, with the inscription on the envelope "Paving of the access road to the hangar of the Michel-Pouliot airport in Gaspé" It is important to emphasize that the filing by a tenderer of the same tender in paper format and electronically (via the portal) constitutes the filing of several tenders and leads to the automatic rejection of all these tenders. However, if the integrity of at least one tender transmitted electronically could not be ascertained during the opening, the disclosure of the prices submitted by the tenderers will take place only when the publication of the result of the opening of the submissions within four (4) working days in portal. The City of Gaspé does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
