Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of November 17, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Questions Due Date: Aug 16th 2022, 3:00 PM CDT Brief Description of Scope of Work (the "Work"): Replacement of select HVAC systems, reference plans and specification for details. The Work consists of HVAC- Replacing the designated ground source heat pump units (nine) with roof top units; Electrical- Support HVAC equipment replacement. Replace damaged transformer K; Install new panel to feed new HVAC equipment replacement; Architectural- Support HVAC equipment replacement; Repair room finishes after removal of console heat pumps; Structural- Support HVAC equipment replacement; Provide bracing required on existing joists for support of new RTU's; Roofing- Support HVAC equipment replacement; and provide for new crickets and flashing of new curbs and roof penetrations *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
