Addenda will be issued only to those parties obtaining documents directly from the Architect. Bidders not obtaining documents directly from the Office of the Architect do so at their own risk and will be held to the requirements of the documents and addenda as issued by that office. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors' Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6) of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee.
