Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Woodstock, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a parking garage; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and parking garage.
The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is soliciting qualifications from experienced general contractors to coordinate and construct public infrastructure within the City Center project. The project is a 4 +/- acre redevelopment public/private partnership with public infrastructure projects including but not limited to streets, sidewalks, greenspaces, parking deck and stormwater facilities. The general contractor will oversee the construction of public infrastructure in coordination with the private development partner. The City will provide construction plans for the public infrastructure components of the project. The City of Woodstock, Georgia reserves the right to reject any and all responses resulting from this RFQ.
