Project includes installing a 400k Emergency Diesel Backup Generator in accordance with Pickering Firm, Inc. design plans and per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The generator shall be installed on a new concrete pad (remove/replace sidewalk as indicated in design plans) It shall include any conduit, cabling, and electrical work required to connect the new generator to existing panel. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other price-related factors.
