Working plans call for the construction of a 64,215-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Construction of a new arena next to the existing Memorial Center Arena. Scope to include: one ice surface; one indoor walking/exercise track; one multi-purpose room for meetings and events; and one dedicated staff room. Upgrades to the existing Memorial Centre Arena. Scope to include the expanded dressing rooms, showers, storage and office space; upgraded ice plant; general interior and exterior upgrades; one emergency standby generator; eight outdoor pickleball courts; and updated LED lighting for the baseball diamonds. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Project has been placed on hold. Further details will not be released at this time.
