Hamlin Community Library 518 Easton Turnpike Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania 18436 (570) 689-0903 Hamlin Community Library is soliciting bids for interior renovations to their existing building located in Lake Ariel, Wayne County, Pennsylvania. The project briefly described is: Stair Alterations: The project scope includes the installation of a new wood framed communicating stair between the two levels of the existing building. New footings will be installed at the new bearing walls. Interior partitions in the area of the stair will be reconfigured and two existing restrooms will be demolished A dumbwaiter and shaft opening will be installed. Electrical and mechanical work shall be limited to modifications in the area of the stairs, including reconfiguring lighting, power and diffusers. Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award. The project completion date is scheduled for 90 days from Notice to Proceed.
