The funding source for this project is Septic Elimination Relief Fund . The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following proiect, Riverwood Drive Septic Elimination Project as follows: Install approximately 200 LF of 3-inch HDPE DR-9 sanitary force main, 1305 LF of 2-inch HDPE DR-9 sanitary force main, 2150 LF of 1.5-inch HDPE DR-9 service line, 8 grinder pump stations and 8 service connections on Riverwood. Bidders will be charged a fee of $25.00 to submit a bid electronically he Quest CDN e Bid Doc Number for this project is: 8264036 No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt Bids before announcing award of Contract. DWG No. SY-21605 Emerging Business Enterprise (EBE) Participation EBE Retainage Requirements - If the Contractor is in compliance with the provisions of the construction Contract the Owner will make payments for such work performed and completed. Pursuant to Executive Order 90-01 (amended 5-8-06); the Owner will retain five percent (5%) of the Contract Price to ensure compliance with the EBE participation requirements. Upon final inspection and acceptance of the Work, and determination by the Fort Wayne Board of Public Works that the Contractor has made a good faith effort to subcontract ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price to emerging business enterprises, the Contractor will be paid in full.
