Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Brown Street CSO 007/056 Consolidation Sewer as follows: Project includes construction of two cast-in place concrete structures to connect CSO 007/056 and the St. Marys Interceptor to the 3RP0RT system and associated sewer piping. Additionally project includes installation of an air vent, coarse screens, pump station wet well baffle wall, gate and actuator installation and associated site restoration work. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by the City Utilities Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana . No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
