As of September 29th, 2022, project has been awarded to Hi'ilawe Construction LLC with an awarded amount of $6,588,847.14. Reconstructing weakened pavement areas, cold planing, resurfacing, removing and installing pavement markers, traffic signs and rumble strips, cleaning existing culvert and drainage structures and dressing of shoulders. ALL requests for information (RFI) shall be received in writing via HIePRO no less than 14 calendar days before bid opening. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal requests for information will not receive a response. Anything said at the conference is for clarification purposes and any changes to the bid documents will be made by addendum and posted in HIePRO.
