Please obtain documents through the means listed in the invitation to bid.* DESCRIPTION: The work on this Contract P36494 involves furnishing and installing negative return rail on the Dyre Avenue Line from south of the Gun Hill Road Station to the south of Dyre Avenue Station. The contractor will be expected to remove existing negative feeder pull boxes, ducts, and cables. New buried pull boxes and feeder cables will be installed from Allerton Substation, Baychester Substation, and Dyre Secor Substation. Additional work will include maintaining the existing negative return system and replacing deteriorated track ties. This is an A + B Bidding Contract Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 22.5% Contract term: 24 Months County(ies): All NYS counties Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: N/A
