The Township of Pemberton ("Township") is soliciting a Request for Proposals through the competitive contracting process from vendors that administer public housing rehabilitation programs for Contract No. PT-5-2022 for the Department of Community Development. The Scope of Services encompassed by this Request for Proposals ("RFP") generally includes the following: Marketing the housing rehabilitation loan program, screening and qualifying eligible candidates and updating the program administration manual; Conducting or coordinating dwelling inspections, qualifying rehabilitation contractors and working with eligible applicants to solicit quotes for home repairs; Coordinating loan closing documents, recommending contractor progress payments, and closing out transactions, etc. Detailed specifications are contained within the RFP itself. The term of the contract shall be from September 8, 2022 through December 31, 2024. All Proposers must comply with the requirements and standards set forth in the RFP package. Proposals not meeting these requirements will be considered nonresponsive and may be rejected. Proposers requesting a paper copy of the RFP package by mail shall include the proposer's mailing charge account for processing and shipping the RFP package.
