Professional Planning and Consulting Services to Develop a Strategic Action Plan to Strengthen the City's Capability to Advance Economic Development Opportunities, Focus Resources, Prioritize and Advance Projects Questions must be submitted in writing to igarcia@trentonnj.org. No Financial Statement shall be required of vendors if either a guarantee, by the certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, or surety company certificate is also required to be furnished by the bidder, unless any law or regulation of the United States imposes a condition upon the awarding of a monetary grant to be used for the purchase, which condition requires that a financial statement be submitted. The City of Trenton, Department of Housing Economic and Development is soliciting sealed Request for Proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. to accomplish a long-term Strategic Action Plan that is created during Phase I of the NJEDA Government Restricted Municipality Grants to be a roadmap for prioritizing resources and efforts and building the necessary structure to effectively implement new and existing projects that fit the City's strategic plan and increase development efforts for decades to come within Trenton. By identifying key influential current and future projects and their existing challenges, a comprehensive gap analysis will include a review of all current redevelopment policies, procedures, and staffing roles to create a clear path forward to prioritize and implement these projects. This contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year.
