The R.H. Coats Building is a 26-storey office building constructed in 1974. The building is located in the Tunney’s Pasture government complex, in Ottawa. The client is looking to update all or most of the 26 floors of the R.H. Coats building. In preparation for the renovation, BGIS is seeking a Supplier with a proven history of large-scale furniture dismantle, installation and reconfiguration projects. The Supplier must be proficient in Teknion and Haworth furniture systems. The Jean Talon building is a 14-storey office building constructed in 1979. The building is located in the Tunney’s Pasture government complex, in Ottawa. The client is currently looking to update 8 floors of the Jean Talon building. BGIS is including the Jean Talon building as an additional scope.
