Renovation of a mixed-use development in Quincy, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of September 30, 2022, project was awarded to ollad Epoxy Floors & More, awarded amount is $39,647.50.** QCS is seeking proposals for epoxy flooring installation in our Middle School and High School 1.1 Work shall include but not be limited to: a. furnishing and installation of epoxy, base molding, adhesives, underlayment and trim accessories b. where applicable, removal of the existing VCT tile and base molding. c. warranty the installation for a period of not lessthan two yearsfrom date of acceptance. 1.2 Rooms requiring the installation of epoxy flooring are as designated on the enclosed floor plans which are included in this package. Note: the hallway will contain a simple edge/border pattern. Areas marked in yellow are to have the tile removed, install specified epoxy and base. 1.3 Site will be available as soon as possible. Sequencing of work will be coordinated between the Owner and the contractor. The building staff will be responsible for the removal of furniture and fixtures that are in the work area. 1.4 Work must be completed by August 18 th , 2022
