Project must commence on or before November 1, 2022 and be completed by October 31, 2025. Wayne State University, comprised of 69.37 acres, is outsourcing ground maintenance services. These services will begin each year in March and April and will be required through the fall (the end of October). However, other services (ie: continued litter pick up and trash dumping, and potential fall clean-up, etc.) may be required on an as-needed basis through the end of November. Please include the notification lead time required for the as needed services. Specifications contained herein cover the zones detailed on the Campus Map provided. Services will be at the locations listed in section III, I of the RFP. Vendors are invited to quote each Zone separately or collectively. The UNIVERSITY reserves the right to award each Zone separately. The successful supplier will be responsible for all services at the referenced locations, and agrees to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials necessary to maintain the specified areas in a safe condition. This shall include the use of proper knowledge, skills, materials, and equipment on a timely basis.
