Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by acertified check orbid bond, made payable to the North Sea Fire District in an amotnt equal to five per- cent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that ifits bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract It is the Board of Commissioners intention to i award the contracts to the ] lowest qualified bidder who can meet the experience, technical and budget requirements. The Board of Commissioners | reserves the right to reject any or ail bids and waive any I informality which is in the best interesteof the District Bids include ail costs associated with the project.
