This project consists of various City roadway infrastructure damage repairs including but not limited to pavement resurfacing, new curbing, sidewalks, riprap stabilization at several pipe outfalls, and several drainage structures to be reconstructed along the following street locations; Washington Street, Studdiford Street/Swan Street intersection Street, Coryell Street/Lambert Lane intersection, Northfield Court east from Studdiford Street, Malloy Tract east from Alexander Creek Road, Alexander Avenue at Phillips Barber Road and at New Hope Ambulance Drive, S. Union Street at Justice Center (JC) and associated JC parking lot, Jefferson Road east from Rosemont Avenue, Hancock Street from Route 179 to Grant Avenue, Grants Alley from Route 179 to N. Franklin Street, S. Franklin Street from Swan Street to Brunswick Pike, Blair Tract, and Stryker Street from Highland Avenue to Douglas Street. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 60 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed.
