Project Summary: The project generally consists of constructing a 60' X 130' expansion of the steel frame shop/equipment storage/office building used by the Electric Department. Project also consists of designing and then constructing approximately 2100 square feet of office space within the 60' X 130' expansion. All questions must be in writing and addressed to Brent M. Nation, PE, Director of Utilities & Public Works, via email at brent.nation@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Brent Nation at (970) 370-6558 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
