CSP No. 22-014 will consist of landscape maintenance services in all parks, medians, esplanades, and rights-of-way identified in proposal specifications. All questions and clarifications of scope of work must be submitted in writing to Amber Duarte through e-mail to aduarte@bellairetx.gov. Those submitting an inquiry will receive notification of receipt within one (1) business day. If notification is not received, please contact Amber Duarte at 713-662-8226 to ensure the e-mail was received. The City of Bellaire is not responsible for inquiries not received. Final answer to inquiry will be provided within three (3) business days and will include all those in attendance of the presubmittal meeting and those that have requested to receive responses to inquiries. The effective date of implementation of this proposal is estimated to commence October 1, 2022, once authorized by the Bellaire City Council and end September 30, 2023. The City of Bellaire retains the option to extend to the submitter awarded this agreement, an extension at the end of the above purchasing period, for the purpose of landscape maintenance services as specified in this proposal, upon agreement with vendor and the City, said optional extension and renewal of contract up to four additional years, one year at a time, subject to price increases, service satisfaction and mutual agreement between the City and the successful submitter. The City of Bellaire may also elect to reissue the identified services to include other parts of the City of Bellaire's landscape maintenance program. The selected submitter will be required to sign a City of Bellaire Standard Form of Agreement. A City of Bellaire Standard Form of Agreement is included in packet, CSP No. 22-014.
