This Request for Supplier Qualification ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Siemens Healthcare Limited (Siemens) to prospective respondents to qualify as Siemens' General Contractors (GCs) by meeting the requirements set out in this RFSQ document including its Appendices. The intent is for Siemens to understand the capabilities, strengths, experience of respondents as these relate to the scope of General Contracting services for Design Build projects. Depending on the responses, Siemens may develop a list of pre-qualified contractors who may be utilized as needed to meet the requirements of design build projects for its customers Canada wide. This RFSQ is not a call for tenders or a request for binding offers and no contractual or other legal obligations shall arise between Siemens and any Respondent as a result of the issuance of this RFSQ or the submission of any Respondent in response to this RFSQ, until and less Siemens and the Respondent enter into a contract for the services sought by Siemens in this RFSQ. For clarity and without limiting the foregoing, this RFSQ does not commit Siemens in any way to treat Respondents in any particular manner, to select a Respondent, to proceed to negotiations with any Respondent or to enter into any contract and Siemens may reject any or all Proposals, re-issue a new RFSQ or end this RFSQ process at any time, at its sole discretion.
