Each bidder shall submit a bid on the enclosed form and attach complete description with the proposal. The Proposal price shall be F.O.B., Blackwell, Oklahoma, with Federal, State and local tax excluded. A Business Relationships Affidavit and Non-Collusion Affidavit (if required) shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany the bid. Do not include state or local sales or use tax. The City will appoint the successful bidder as its agent for purpose of such sales (excise) exemption. The City of Blackwell, Oklahoma, as a party to the Contract, will appoint the successful proposer as its agent for purchase of sale or use tax exemption on this project or purchase. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The entire AMI SYSTEM project must be completed within one hundred and eighty (180) days of execution of contract. The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. Do not include state or local sales (excise) taxes in your bid.
