Bid Security - Bidder must submit with response a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check. Bid Checks will be returned via certified mail. Personal checks, company checks and money orders are not acceptable. Performance and Payment Bonds - Bidders bidding in amounts exceeding that established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds at the signing of the contract.
