Services to be performed under this contract must include all cost associated with labor, equipment, materials, and any other similar charges as required for an initial term of three (3) years, and at the discretion of jaxport, to include an additional two (2), one (1) year renewal options. All employees assigned to work under this contract will be required to have a TWIC Badge for access to certain areas of the Port and its Marine Terminals. This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded to one (1) Proposer submitting the most responsive and responsible proposal by proving their ability to meet both entities needs and requirements as outlined on the Evaluation Matrix. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your company abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain pricing commitment.
