Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to rehabilitate 1,000,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank No. 1, (88' O x 24' H) by power wash, abrasive blast and recoat Interior and Exterior surfaces, including manways and all attendant above ground piping, fittings, and shrouding. Remove, dispose, and install new interior ladder with Saf-T Climb rail, non-skid walkway, security swing door for caged exterior ladder, screens on center roof vent, and seal perimeter of ground storage tank joint to ringwall. Remove, dispose and replace existing vertical cathodic protection system with horizontal cathodic protection system on Ground Storage Tank No. 1, including patching 12 vertical anode handholds on GST roof, replacement of rectifier with all required appurtenances, including ground wells and all electrical. Power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat water meter run. Power wash, hand tool and/or power tool clean, abrasive blast and recoat Chlorine Feeder Pump Room and Chlorine Tank Storage Room Flooring. Site restoration. All work shall be in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Complete in Place. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same.
