A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Texas A&M University System ("A&M System") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors who can provide complete campus wide network fiber and copper build-out services at the RELLIS Campus in Bryan, Texas. The contractor, hereafter referred to as "Contractor" or "Respondent", shall provide all materials, components, tools and labor necessary for the complete audit, locate, build, and restoration of all optical communications work required as specified within Section 3 - Scope of Work. It is the intent of the A&M System to establish a master services agreement ("Agreement") with one or more Respondents to meet the needs of the RELLIS Campus. The resultant Agreement(s) will be between the selected Respondent(s) and the A&M System. Other universities and agencies of the A&M System (collectively referred to as "Members" and further described below) may utilize at its discretion any Contractor awarded an Agreement as a result of this RFP.
