for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Avalon at Cypress West, Section 2 Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Facilities (Rebid) for Harris County MUD No. 165, Harris County, Texas," Scope of Project: 2,833 LF of 8-inch, 348 LF of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 2,457 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 1,933 LF of 24-inch, 405 LF of 36-inch, 170 LF of 42-inch RCP storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances . A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The deadline to ask questions is 1/19/2023 10:00 AM CST
