Bid Security will be forfeited if a bidder who has been awarded the contract fails to execute the Owner/Contractor Agreement within 10 days of notification by Owner. Removal of work area protection devices, cleaning and restoration of areas not part of work. 7. The schedule for completion of the work is 45 days from written notice to proceed from the Owner. 8.
