The County of Madera, hereinafter County, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, seeks proposals from qualified fabrication and installation firms to design, build and install the Madera County Department of Public Health Playground and Shade Structures project to be located at 1604 Sunrise Avenue, Madera, CA 93638. Interested parties should submit a proposal that includes pertinent experience in designing, building and installing such improvements as further described in this RFP/RFQ . Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Proposers are specifically directed not to contact any County personnel, other than the Contact Person indicated below, for any purpose related to this RFP. Unauthorized contact of any County personnel may be cause for rejection of a vendor's submittal.
