This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the "LCBO") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Fire Inspection Services at Durham Retail Service Centre (DRSC), as further described in RFQ documents (the "Deliverables"). Questions Deadline: August 10, 2022 at 4:00 pm All Bidders, including subcontractors must wear personal protective equipment at all times during the site meeting. This may include gloves, protective eye-wear and/or a face mask. To that extent, all bidders, including subcontractors should provide hand sanitizer to its staff attending the meeting. Due to the significant demand, LCBO are not able to provide individuals with any personal protective equipment or hand sanitizer for on-site use.
BRING A PEN FOR THE SIGN-IN SHEET.
Do not share any personal protective equipment with anyone.
Dispose of all disposable/consumable personal protective equipment before leaving the site.
Wash your hands often and well.
Avoid touching your face, nose, or mouth.
Do not shake hands with anyone or share any tools or supplies at work (incl. your mobile device) at the site.
Practice social distancing, which requires a distance of at least 2 meters/6 feet from others at all times.
Do not attend site if you are feeling sick. This procurement may be subject to Chapter 5 of the Canada Free Trade Agreement ("CFTA") and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement ("CETA").
The LCBO expects all suppliers to adhere to the LCBO's Supplier Code of Business Conduct, which is available on the LCBO's website under "Doing Business with the LCBO". The Supplier Code sets out principles applicable to all suppliers (including both suppliers of beverage alcohol products and suppliers of non-alcohol goods or services) that wish to establish and maintain a business relationship with the LCBO.
