Renovation of a municipal facility in Oceanside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 31st, 2022, project has not been awarded yet. it is expected to be awarded within another month. The City of Oceanside is soliciting proposals for floor tile replacement at the Civic Center Plaza. CONTRACTOR is to provide all new 3x6 Natural Hues Series Color Abrasive Tile to complete job. In addition, provide a 25% overage tile total consisting of various colors for future tile replacement. CONTRACTOR is to demo all existing floor tile at the Civic Center Plaza area between the small fountain and large fountain. Prep area of demolition for new tile replacement installation. Install new 3x6 Abrasive Tile over Red Guard in a specific color order to match existing current tile order and then grout and seal.
