Demolition, site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Becker, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of remodel of existing high school stadium, including: Site demolition, modification of stormwater system, removal of natural turf field, site excavation, placement of free draining, aggregate material, subsurface drainage system, finish grading, installation of artificial turf installation, installation of concrete pad for bleachers, installation of retaining walls and installation of miscellaneous athletic equipment. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base Bid submitted, made payable to the owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted Bid.
