Reference number : 1627083 Review Title : Restoration of the roof of basin B2 (swimming pool) - CAPS Estimated value: $733,600 to $6,056,099 The University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (hereinafter called the Owner), having its head office at 3351, boulevard des Forges, CP 500, Trois-Rivières (Quebec) G9A 5H7, is requesting Bids for the Construction work following: 58-63 Repair of the roof of pool B2 (swimming pool) | Center for physical activity and sports Each representative of a Bidder who attends an information session and visits the site must sign the attendance sheet. The Owner will write, following the information session and visit, a report indicating the name and title of the representative(s) of the Tenderer(s) present, as well as the name of the Tenderer. Each tenderer must keep a distance of two meters from other visitors. At restricted places to visit, the tenderer must have his personal protective equipment. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION, EXECUTION OF WORKS AND FOR WAGES, MATERIALS AND SERVICES The Bidder must provide with his Bid a guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the value of the Bid and must identify as beneficiary the name of the Owner. This guarantee is given by a Financial Institution as defined in section 1 of the General Conditions. The Bid guarantee is given to the Contractor before the signing of the Contract in exchange for a guarantee of execution of the Contract and a guarantee of the obligations of the Contractor for wages, materials and services. These guarantees are in the form of a bond and the amount of each of them corresponds to 50% of the price indicated in the Contract and they are given by a Financial Institution as defined in section 1 of the General Conditions. These warranties must identify the Owner as the beneficiary. The Contractor then uses the forms provided in Appendices C, D and E herein.
