Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Design plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and fire / police facility.
As of April 11, 2023, and architect has been identified. A construction timeline is still being evaluated but expected to begin in Spring 2024 with a target bid period of Fall 2023. For an Architectural and Engineering firm for professional services for the new Community Health and Safety Center project. The selected firm will work with our Community Health and Safety Center Project Team which will be comprised of City Staff and stakeholders, and Owners Representative, and a Construction Management firm to provide pre-schematic programming/planning, concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration services for a new ground up facility located at 4401 West 76th Street, Edina MN. Review questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by Wednesday August 10, 2022, by 3:00 PM The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
