This project along Wood Alley in Nemacolin, includes work to remove portions of existing retaining walls and replace them with new cast in place concrete wall sections. Work will include offset of a portion of the wall and roadway and drainage repairs along disrupted adjacent roadway. A certified check, payable to the order of Cumberland Township CDBG or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid.
