For Elementary Building Additions Princeton and Ardmore Elementary Schools Furniture Package 2 - Media Centers and Offices No pre-bid meeting will be held. Questions relating to this bid opportunity must be submitted via email to amcmahon@partnersinarch.com no later than 5:00 P.M. August 9, 2022. All bids must include 2 copies (1 original, 1 copy) of the Bid / Quote Form (Section 004126), the Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205), the Iran Linked business Affidavit (Section 004210), and the Criminal background check Affidavit (Section 004220). Cut sheets for proposed furniture selections are to be submitted with bids. The bidder will execute the contract, provide the required insurance certificate(s) and file the required bonds if required within the (10) days after notice of award of Contract but prior to Work commencing. If awarded a contract, the successful bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Do not include the cost of Bond in Bid. Lakeview Public School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept a bid other than the lowest bid
