The City of Culver City is seeking proposals from a highly qualified and experienced Consultant to conduct a comprehensive citywide classification and compensation study for all positions in the following employee groups: Culver City Employee Association (CCEA), Culver City Management Group (CCMG) and Executive Management, and to provide a comparison of compensation rates among selected agencies. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide sufficient information to interested Consultant(s) to submit proposals for the scope of work outlined in this RFP. The City intends that the successful Proposer shall provide the citywide classification and compensation study requested in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP. The City also requests a review of the City's current comparable agencies and recommendation if these are still in alignment with the City's demographics. Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Include a detailed implementation schedule with an estimated project start date of October 17, 2022 and note key project milestones and timelines for deliverables. Identify any assumptions used in developing the schedule.
