This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the "City") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Bowers Park Maintenance Building New Concrete Floor at 765 Brealey Drive, Peterborough, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Through this ITT, the City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor to install a new concrete floor in the Bowers Park Maintenance Building in accordance with all details, requirements and specifications set out in or attached to this ITT.
