Renovation of an educational facility in Bulverde, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Skanska USA Building Inc., Construction Manager-at-Risk for Comal Middle School #8, will be accepting proposals from qualified subcontractors for the project located near Hwy 281 and FM 1863, Bulverde, TX. This solicitation is for Package #4 Architectural and MEP. Scope of work to include all architectural systems, MEP, masonry, carpentry, waterproofing, flooring, glass & glazing, misc. specialties, and all other major trades. Includes all labor, equip- ment, and mate- rials. Project is CCIP and Skans- ka will include subcontractor de- fault insurance. All RFIs are due August 1, 2022 by noon. MBE/SBE/WBE/ AABE/HUB firms are encouraged to submit proposals on this project. Skanska USA Building is an equal opportunity (EEO) employer.
