The work includes summarily the clearing, the treatment of slippery surfaces, the blowing of snow, the transport of snow and certain specific works. For purposes of tender and execution, the territory of the City is divided into eight (8) parts whose limits and descriptions appear in the estimate. A bidder may bid for one or more contracts.
