Barrel and Chains Scarification Site Preparation in the Central Region of Manitoba. Natural Resources and Northern Development requires a wheeled skidder meeting the specifications outlined in Schedule A - Section A1.01 to pull barrel and chains to scarify areas identified in Schedule B - Section B1.02 for natural forest renewal in Central Manitoba. These services must include transportation of the barrels and chains from a pick-up location at "Ted's Welding" at St. Martin Junction, MB and "Riemer Sawmill" at Arborg, MB, to the work location and the Service Provider incurs all the costs of moving their equipment. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
