Mountain Line wishes to upgrade current fire sprinkler system in our server rooms to a fire suppression system. Bidder should include the following items: o Update 2 server rooms to a fire suppression system (Room #1 19'Long x 8'Wide x 9' High Room #2 9'Long x 10'Wide x 9' High) o Fire suppression system needs to be safe for electronics o Capping/eliminating current sprinkler (water) system o Upgrade will be done while servers are in use o Fire suppression system maybe standalone but, must trigger current fire alarm system o Include warranty information on equipment o Include preventive maintenance schedule o Include Price of total project o Will require coordination with current fire alarm company All questions related to this RFB and the bid process must be sent via email and should be directed to: Heather Higgins Purchasing and Contracts Officer Email: purchasing@mountainline.az.gov A bid may be withdrawn upon the submission of written, signed request submitted by the Contractor prior to the due date and time.
