janitorial services at the following eight (8) locations:

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award forward one year with the option for four (4) successive one year renewals QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS INVITATION FOR BID:
Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Karen Altman at Karen.Altman@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on August 5, 2022. Mandatory Site Visits at the following locations will follow the pre-bid conference you must attend the prebid as well as ALL site visits:

Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements
of this solicitation, participation at this pre-bid conference and site visits will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid.
The purpose of this conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification
relative to any facet of this solicitation.
Have a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum
to the solicitation.
