Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities. All equipment requested by this bid request are for oil-filled combination CT/PT instrument transformers (IT). A combination CT/PT IT provides a single ratio or multi-ratio current transformer (CT) and a dual secondary potential transformer (PT) in one device. Separate sections for CT and PT specifications are provided to detail the unique requirements of each. A table will detail the specific ratios, accuracy class, and quantity requirements. Units shall be shipped F.O.B. destination with bidder assuming responsibility for damage during transit. Delivery driver check-in location is: TEC - BTU Warehouse; 2301 Fountain Avenue, Building 211, Bryan, TX 77801. Delivery location within 1/4 mile of this location will be determined at time of arrival. Deliveries are accepted between 9AM thru 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday except BTU recognized holidays. Warehouse will provide manpower and equipment needed to unload the units. Units must be shipped on flatbed trailer or if a box trailer is used - delivery driver must have the ability to place the units at the open end of the box trailer for unloading by fork lift. If a box trailer is used - failure of the delivery driver to have/make provisions to place the units at the open end of the box trailer may be grounds for rejection of the shipment at no expense to BTU. Future delivery shall comply with the stated delivery requirements at no additional expense to BTU.
