(TAP-18)(S) Bids shall be addressed "City of Greenwood, 30 Bell Road, Greenwood, AR 72936" and shall be labeled "Bid for Greenwood Highway 10S Sidewalks (TAP-18) (S), HWEI Project No. 2019042". Any bid received after the scheduled opening time will be returned unopened. This project includes the construction of approximately 5,931-linear feet of concrete sidewalk along Highway 10 South, in Greenwood, Arkansas. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from Hawkins-Weir Engineers. The City of Greenwood, Arkansas, reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are advised that Buy America Provisions apply to this contract. The Arkansas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, latest edition, Section 106 contains the requirements and restrictions for Buy America. 23 CFR 635.410 contains all federal requirements for Buy America.
