This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, tools and supervision, including all associated inspections of Minor Building Repair Services at various locations within the City of Toronto Parks, Forestry & Recreation Division as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the "Deliverables"). The term of the Contract is to be for a period of (1) one year from the date of award, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to (4) additional separate one (1) year periods. The option to renew is at the discretion of the City and will be subject to budget availability and Supplier's performance. Pursuant to Section 1.9.3 Experience and Qualifications Form, the Supplier must provide reference contacts for the purpose of confirming the Supplier's experience and track record of success. The Supplier must include three (3) references for work completed in the last five (5) years, valued between $20,000-$70,000 dollars (excluding HST) that confirms that the Supplier is capable of performing the tasks associated with this RFQ. This is a Mandatory requirement; failure to provide this information will result in your bid being declared non-compliant.
