The Bond is required. The project scope includes design of an additional 69kV line terminal at Kinzie Substation, two 69kV line terminals at Hospital Substation: 1. The Kinzie Substation is located at 201 S Sangre Rd, Stillwater, OK 74075 a. Kinzie Substation is expanding the one 69kV transmission bay into two and includes the addition of three (3) new breakers and associated equipment. The existing bay dead-end structure will be replaced to make room for the installation of new breaker & switches. 2. The Hospital Substation is located at 1527W. 7th, Stillwater, OK 74074 a. Hospital substation includes expanding the station fence/yard to allow for the addition of four (4) new breakers and association equipment. The existing box structure will be removed. B. The delivery schedule of the equipment at each station will be staggered, if required, as described in the Contract Document
